Live Chef Stands
All Across Israel
The Concept

Four kitchens. Three continents. One table.

Every event is built as a journey: themed stands, each with its own chef, its own produce, its own ritual. Choose your stops — we build the world around your guests.

Tokyo, in bloom

Maguro sliced petal-thin and coiled into a rose, set in dark soy with chives and a scatter of blossoms — each bowl built to order.

Live Stand

Le Maguro

A whole tuna above smoking crushed ice, bowls of nori-wrapped sashimi nested in the frost — carved, seasoned and served as your guests gather.

A long outdoor table laid end to end with hand-cut cured salmon, capers, radish and citrus, around a whole salmon on a stone slab
Live Stand

Le Saumon

Whole sides of cured salmon, cut to order and laid out with capers, radish and citrus until there is no table left showing — replenished from the stone all evening.

כ

Glatt kosher, lemehadrin.

Every event is supervised end to end. Menus are composed bassari (meat) or halavi (dairy) — never both — with certification on every ingredient, from the market to the plate.

The Chef

Menaché Loubreaux

“A buffet should not feed a room. It should seduce it.”

Born in Marseille, raised between the stalls of the Marché des Capucins and the discipline of the French brigade, Chef Menaché carried one conviction to Israel: kosher should never mean compromise. His menus are written like scores, his produce is chosen at dawn, and his stands are staged like small theatres.
